
I have a question about TOM
I have been reading other posts and people have been talking about TOM. What is that exactly?
I am on my second day of phen and I a also combining an eating program of small portion sizes with healthy food. I plan to begin exercising once again over the weekend. I will do some walking and jogging. After I get back in shape with the walking and running, then I will possibly begin to walk and run with the small 5lb weights. I have other exercises that I will do as well. Alot of other exercises I learned from a fitness bootcamp that I did here in the Atlanta area at Stone Mountain Park. It was really a good camp and it works...you just have to stay committed. I unfortunely did not. It was a little intense but it was only for an hour each day 4 days a week. So I am going to take some of what I learned and do it on my own at my own pace.
I know that I got off on a whole bunch of other stuff! LOL Ok so really, just explain to me what this TOM is because I want to be prepared if that is what everyone goes through!
