Hey everyone,
So im very new to this site....My name is Vanessa and im 19. 8 months ago i had a beautiful baby girl named Makayla. Before i got pregnant i was over wieght now after i had her it seems like there is no end to the pounds.  Anyways i heard that this site is the place to be when you need advice and comfort and help, So here i am lol. Well Im looking for any ideas or tips you guys have to help me out here. Welcome, I am also 19 with weight issues. I started phen 3 weeks ago and I have lost 17 pounds, I get to weigh myself again tomorrow and see how much more I have lost. Good luck with your weightloss!
