Congrats.. small victory, or big victory, the key is that is was a victory and positive.. just build on that!

I am glad to hear that you are having success! Keep on keepin on! I just started on the phen on yesterday August 7, 2008. I am at 171 1/4 and hoping to reach my goal of 130. I am also doing an eating program consisting of small portion sizes but eating very healthy foods and drinking 80 oz of water a day.

I live in the Atlanta area also. I really want to lose this weight it has effected me so negatively. I have lost self esteem and don't like to go out much because I am not comfortable with myself and weight. So I am hoping this works for me. I see that it has for so many others. In the process I just want to eat healthy so that when I am done taking the phen I can keep the weight off.
