I finally got a Dr appointment tonight at 7:30. I am so excited, hopefully I will be joining all you as big losers . I will let ya know how it goes. You ALL look so great I'm jealous. I can hardly wait to join you!! Tammy

Thank you both, I will definately keep you posted. I am on here more than myspace now LOL. You all are so encouraging even though I haven't started Phen yet I have lost a couple of lbs and have gotten back on my treadmill!!! The fact that Scat keeps us so entertained is great too! Thanks!!!!!

I'm addicted to the site. I change a diaper, check the site, make a sippy cup, check the site, switch the laundry, check the site, you get the picture lol. You're doing great on you own! I lost most of my weight w'out phen too. It's alot of hard work, isnt it?

It is hard work. I wish we could lose as easily as gain or better yet just eat whatever we want and never gain...THAT would be a perfect world. LOL Oh what a dreamer I am LOL

I wish my fat suit had a zipper. It may have one; the zipper pull is probably stuck between a couple of fat rolls! It seems that i can gain in a weekend what took me weeks to get off. UGH!

OMG!!! 82much your baby is beautiful!!! My oldest baby is 24 today!! Man I feel sooo old. My youngest is 17. Wow how time flies!! Enjoy her again She is absolutely beautiful!!

Can the Quick cleanse challenge be started after you have already been on Phen?
I would like to take the challenge but have been on Phen for a week now.
