Welcome!!!!!
I weigh myself at the clinic... sometimes at home, but I try not to. My scales never read the same!!! Measure, that is the true measure of fat loss!!
It took me a long time to learn to follow a healthy lifestyle. I recommend seeing a nutritionist... she/he can review your history, bloodwork, etc and come up with a plan that works for your body and metabolism. I learned so much about food... what to eat with what, calories, carbs, etc. It has really helped me get a good handle on food. I also found out I had PCOS in October, so while many people can eat carbs and be okay, I can't... so I learned to live without them for the most part. I do allow myself some whole grains 1-2x a week, but can do without them if necessary. Little things. But it really helps to learn about your body and your metabolic make up so you can tailor how you eat to make your body a fat burning machine and do it efficiently. Best of luck to you!!!
