That sounds like a plan! I have increased my time on my gazelle to 60-70 mins, and I could go longer thanks to phen... i can't believe all of the extra energy I have these days!!!
Most people that have a huge loss in the first week, start to see it level off... just make sure your doctor knows and follow what he/she says. Otherwise, just keep doing what you are doing!!!
