Okay, if it is way past 7pm, like 8-9pm or later and I haven't had a chance to eat dinner yet, but not had say more than 500-600 calories that day should I go ahead and eat or not eat but have a larger breakfast?

are u eating more at dinner because u are hungrier?
if so, eat smaller meals 2-3-4 hours apart during the day, or carry nuts with u or some celery or baby carrots to munch on.
and dont skip breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day. they say to eat breakfast within 30 min of waking to jumpstart that metabolism for the day!! u must eat to burnnn fat.
