Having children kills our bodies doesn't it. It just isn't fair at all! I know the depression road all to well.....though never diagnosed with it, it runs in my family and I just deal with it w/out medication.
I think you just have to continue to kick butt in they gym and eat small, well-porportioned meals. I would recommend any diet that is high in fiber, lots of fruits and veggies. I just had a cousin lose about 70+ pounds on weight watchers and I have a lot of friends who have done it and kept it off. Lately, the "american habit" is fast food, potato chips, ice cream and other processed stuff. Start making habits while on phentermine. It takes 21 days I think they say or something like that to make habits stick. For me, even when I went off of phen, I still cook a lot of brown rice and drink lots of water. To this day, I can't drink a lot of soda, even the diet stuff....it grosses me out, because I'm so use to not drinking it while on phen.
Keep a log of your diet and exercise and go after it. there's no time like the present to show us women that when you have kids, you can still look and feel great and create time for yourself.
go get 'em!
