picking up my first perscription for termine in the morning,really nervous and cant wait to start seeing results.

that's pretty cool that you're from Norther Ireland. very cool.

i suggest reading up on here.....great people with lots of tips on keeping food journals and exercise journals....... lots of fiber and lots of water.
