    Default Lost 5 lbs my first week.

    I followed the Weight Watchers core program and take 30mg phen now for 6 days. I weighed in this a.m. down 5 lbs. The core program is high protein, vegies and fruit with very few carbs. Most woman on the core program lose 1-3 lbs per week.
    Highest weight 2003 320
    Lapband preop weight June 06 282
    Starting weight Pherntermine July 15 223
    7/22 - 217
    Goal 200, stretch goal 185

    Congratulations... I am right there with you. I just checked my 1 week and I am floored. I have lost 8.1 lbs my doctor told me to go higher in proteins and watch the carbs. So no soda, white bread, pasta, or rice.

    Yes, I follow the Weight Watcher core program. High protein, fruits and vegies. The only free carbs you can have are brown rice, cream of white and healthy carbs. You get about 2800 calories a week for everything else you want.

    thats great. i lost 4lbs my first week and i will weigh again on friday. i done WW also but im back to counting my calories. does anyone else do that and if so how is that going for you?

    YAY! Way to go! I am on Core too. I have been on Core since the beginning of my my weight loss journey! I am also on 30mg Phen! We have a lot in common!!
