I followed the Weight Watchers core program and take 30mg phen now for 6 days. I weighed in this a.m. down 5 lbs. The core program is high protein, vegies and fruit with very few carbs. Most woman on the core program lose 1-3 lbs per week.

Congratulations... I am right there with you. I just checked my 1 week and I am floored. I have lost 8.1 lbs my doctor told me to go higher in proteins and watch the carbs. So no soda, white bread, pasta, or rice.

Yes, I follow the Weight Watcher core program. High protein, fruits and vegies. The only free carbs you can have are brown rice, cream of white and healthy carbs. You get about 2800 calories a week for everything else you want.

thats great. i lost 4lbs my first week and i will weigh again on friday. i done WW also but im back to counting my calories. does anyone else do that and if so how is that going for you?
