Default Hi New here
Hi I just started phen on July 9th through a dr. My first weigh in with them is this Thursday and I can't wait to see what there scale says. ( I keep checking on mine even though mine is lower since I weigh here in morning). I have always had weight issues my entire life, except for about 5yr in school. Now after having 3 kids and gaining almost 40lbs since got married 14 yrs ago I have at least 50-70lbs to lose. I know I have GOT to do it this time. I have tried everything possible from personal trainer to medifast 2 yrs ago. I have to say since I have been on phen, I do see that my appetite has definately decreased. I still get hungry, but eat a fraction of what I used to and don't crave the sweets. Hope to get to know you all.

Just keep strong. You can do this. I started July 7 I have not weighed my self but I can feel it. You can do this, dont let no one tell you different

I say the same thing to a lot of people.

1. Start making good habits now. Phen is an appetitie suppressant, so you will eat less, but you still need to make good choices now and you still need to eat.

2. Keep a journal of your food intake and your exercise. Know what works for you and stick to it.

3. Coming off phen is hard, remember to talk to your doc and try to get "weaned" off of phen. I stopped cold turkey and it was really hard for me.
