I live in the N.E. my workout is walking 30 to 40 mins about three four times a week..sometimes with the stroller which is slower but I seem to get tried faster and without it I go a lot faster and sweat more. So its a toss up.... I have a elipitical machine but its in parts on my basement floor, need the hubby to put it back together for me...I stink at anything to do with tools

Anyway... I use to go to Ballys back in the day when I was a total stick (before the kids came) Now its a matter of finding the time to get to a gym, my hubby works late so I'm watching the kids until he gets home, so usually I walk after he gets home. Once my elipitacal is set up I think the pounds should come off a little quicker... I hope... I have't heard of Fat Smash... any info would be great!! thanks
