I was theeeee EXACT same way. I had to force myself to eat. It will start to level off in about a week or two...might be sooner than that.
Really try hard to eat 5-6 small portions of healthy food a day. Drink lots of water, otherwise you'll dehydrated and constipated. (yuck, i've been there) I would cook my brown rice in a rice cooker for the entire week and then pick either fish, lean turkey or chicken to eat at night- easy to cook and would measure 4 oz of chicken or fish and would do about 1/2 cup of lean ground up turkey. (I mix in a little olive oil and soy sauce...makes it taste a little better).
Try unisom at night. Again, Like I said in another post, try taking your phen super early and if you're still wired at 10 or 11 when it's time for bed, try working out a little....go for a brisk walk, do some jumping jacks and push ups....anything for about 20 minutes or so, to wear out that energy.
You have to eat, otherwise when you go off of phen, you will feel ravenous and pig out and go right back to your old habits. Keep a journal, eat small meals ....make your habits NOW, because when you go off of phen, it's going to be all up to you!
Good luck.
