Just started Phen today! - Phentermine.com

Hi again! I made a welcome about a week ago, and now I'm ready to start my phen. I took half a pill today, it's the phen 37.5mg. I don't feel like it's giving me any energy yet, and hasn't suppressed my appetite, but it's the first day so I'll give it a chance

I'm 26 from Michigan and have 2 boys ages (5.5) and (1.5).

Hi Tara, I'm on 30mg and have been on it for about a week. I have lost 4-5 lbs this week staying on phen plus the Weight Watchers Core program. Its high protein, lots of vegies and fruits.

Welcome to the boards! How long ago did you take the pill? Sometimes the energy will just KICK in and you don't even realize you've had all the energy until you look around and everything has a sparkle to it!! LOL Thats what happened to me when I started!

Hi! I took it at 830am (about 3 hrs ago) I am feeling it kick in now though, I can feel a rush through my body, just waiting for my older sons grandma to pick him up and then I'm out the door for a walk! Maybe I'll jog if nobody is watching..lol

haha! SO I see im not the only one this happened to! Good to know! =]

for me, the energy comes at odd times, mostly at night. I've worked out quite a few times around ten or so just because I felt like it.

Maybe your body is doing the same thing. You might just have to get used to it.

hi I am from michigan too... I am 28 and would love to love 45lbs, I am starting as soon as i leave the dentist this morning, I am excited and ready to feel better,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I have 3 kids and a part time job, my husband works till3 so I am going to work out then something I havent done in a LONG LONG time..
