Hello, my name is Heather, and I was on phen for four months from Dec-April, I lost almost 79lbs, but my Dr retired and I lost my job now I have gained back almost 20lbs three months, I expected to gain some weight back but not that much, I weighed 240lbs a year ago, currently I weigh 188lbs, when I went off phen I weighed 169lbs. I didn't start gaining untill I lost my job in May. I was using phen and ali at the same time thats how I lost so much weight, I continued to take ali after I went off phen, but now I cant afford that anymore, i have been thinking about getting back on phen but my Dr retired and most other Dr are against it, plus my insurance doen't cover it either, so I have to pay for that, but it is cheaper then the ali. I dont know what to do I guess I need to vent, im seriously P.O. at myself for letting my self go AGAIN, after all that hard work to loose the weight, now it seems to be comming right back. If anyone has any advice or words of wisdom it would be nice, thank you for letting me babble!!

Try not to be too hard on yourself! You've still come along way and should be proud of yourself. This is just a minor set back. My Dr. was fine about writing the script. I'm not doing well with the side effects though. But you've lost a lot of weight in four months (even with the extra 20). Good job!
