I hear you about the curves. I like everything about me, except my belly. My boobs are nice, my legs and theighs are good, my arms are good. I carry all the weight in my belly. well I could use some more weight on the butt. But you know. LOL>
That I am not to sure on. I think I should be taking some sort of vitamins or something. I bought some fruits for vitamins, some Fat free yogurt things like that. All have good vitamins. Eating lean meat helps with the protien. Drinking TONS and TONS of water. lol. Other then, not to sure.

www.fitday.com It has where I list all my foods, weight, goals, work outs etc, and you can pull reports. In these reports you can find out what you are missing out on, it will give you charts of your intake on nutirents and how much you should be having. So I am gonna pull a chart in a few days to see what I am missing and then adjust as I need to.
