I doubt it has made me feel colder, since I was already really cold to begin with. I sit here in my apartment with the thermostat on 80+. At work, the ac went out for the room I'm in. Instead of putting in a new unit (b/c it's so expensive), they opted for some high tech $500 fan. Anyway it stays 81 in there and I'm perfect. Of course everyone else sweats to death...but I'm always good. Last summer I nearly froze to death.

Yeah I know I wasn't much help!
Tara

I know that lipids (fat) sort of insulate your body. So I could see how you would feel a little cold now.
Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.

I have noticed that the AC in my car doesn't need to be on so high.
Keep on Keepin' on!

with phen you eat less, so on days that you put only a little bit of food in your body you will definately feel colder than when you are well fed, It is not really about your current weight, it is about food consumtion on a daily basis, if you eat less you will feel colder, regardless of if you are on Phen or not

Well, I only started feeling that way after starting Phen, but that was around the first week or so.I'm from FL so for me to be cold especially in the summer time, that's not normal regardless of what or how I eat.And I definitely haven't lost enough weight for that to be the cause.

I did ask someone and they said that a lot of people experience that with Phen.It went away for awhile, but noticed I have been a little chilly for the last couple of days.

before dieting with Phen have you even been on a diet where you ate as little as you do now. I really think it is related to your calorie input for the day, but I could be wrong. I just remember when I did Atkins and did not eat much I felt cold as well.

After the first day that I start Phen I was noticable colder.. I work in a hospital in the OR and of course its always freezing there. but I get so cold at work that my finger nails at my cuticule will get a lil purple.. But of course this is normal when your fingers get really cold. I never really had to exprience that much at work untill now.. its about everyday.
