Which pill to take of Phentermine. Help!! - Phentermine.com

I am looking into purchasing phentermine. I just don't know if I should get the 37.5 or
the lower dosage. Can someone please give me some guidance?

I dont know much about the 37.5 b/c I dont take it. But i've taken 30 & 15. 30 is really good, but if u want to start at a low dose, than 15 is good. I personally didnt feel the same effects as I did on the 30 & I only lost 6 lbs during the six weeks of taking that dosage. Sorry I cant tell u more on the 37.5

but i'd recommend the 30 though.

i am currently on the 37.5 of Adipex and I have lost 4 pounds in one week.. I believe if I would have dedicated myself a little more and made sure to drink the 64 ounces of water a day as well as eating every 3 hours (just found out about that to avoid the body going into starvation mode and cause you to stop losing weight).

i take it twice a day by breaking it in half i take the pill with the blue specs all over it... but to be honest I consulted a physician first, had blood work done and they advised me! You should do the same to make sure you're not jepordizing your health! Goodluck!

Im on the capsule one filled with blue & white. My brother is on the yellow one, they told him it would get into your system quicker than the other one.

I take the 30mg capsule and I like it a lot better than the 37.5mg tablet. Each person is different though.
