Talking IN 5 days...
I have lost 5 lbs I am SO excited!!! AND i weighed myself at Walmart with my clothes on in the middle of the day!!! I used their scale the day I started Phen to get my weight because I dont have a scale at home and im TRYING so hard to not buy one so I dont become obsessed with weighing in!!! After today seeing 5 lbs less in only 5 days It would be a BAD HABIT LOL... Well just wanted to share my progress!!!

Question: I am not eating anywhere near 1200 calories a day is this normal the first week? Also does anyone know how many grams of protein you need in a day?

Congrats!! I know how exciting it is... I started Phen on the 20th of June and I weighed myself today and I have a total weight loss of 8lbs in one week, I cant believe it... The whole eating the 1200 calories I am not to sure on that I know I dont get the 1200 calories I have a hard time just eating one meal a day.. I eat about 7:00pm and I can hardly get that down, but I am not complaining considering my results this week.. We will see what next week brings... I cant wait... Again congrats!!

Hello there,

To help answer your question, you need approximately 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. So, take your current body weight in pounds and divide by 2.2 (that's your weight in kg), now times that by 0.8. That gives you your grams of protein.

butterscotch, I'm just like you...not getting anywhere close to 1200 calories a day..I'm on day 6 and still forcing myself to eat...my tummy roars like a lion and feels hungry but my mouth don't want to eat...lol
Just be sure to take a multi vitamin daily is what my clinic told me...
8.8 pounds gone in 6 days..WOOHOOOO I'm lovin it!
