I prepare what I want and what my family is used to. I have changed it up a little bit. My famiily is eating healthier now. The kids don't like it much but they know they have to deal with it. I fix them the meat and potatos thing and I eat my steamed veggies and whatever I have a hankering for at the time. Limiting portions I've learned here is the secret. Tonight we had BBQ ribs (boneless lean and baked) green beans and corn. I had 1 piece of rib and some green beans, small portions.
