Oh Yeah!!!
I weighed in today and lost 7 lbs since I started Phen last Thursday. WooHoo!!! I'm also doing Weight Watchers, which I think also helps!!
I hope everyone else had a great week!!

Awesome job! I'm glad to hear of someone losing weight with Weight watchers. I was a little nervous doing WW since a lot of people just count calories or carbs. Keep up the good work!
