I started a week ago (but I actually started trying to diet without the phen around 3 weeks ago) and I am officially down 10 pounds as of today! Yeah....I knew the phen would help me with my eating. I am not really hungry at all, and am making myself eat at least 1200 calories per day. For the last three days I have been walking (up and down hills) for around 70 minutes, and can sort of feel that my body is tired. But, I still have energy. This is where I would have given up without the help of phen. Many look down on it, but I needed it to jumpstart. Now I am giddy....I am on my way! Yippeee!
