Question What Kind Of Exercise Are You Doing While On Phen???
Im just curious as to what kinds of exercise people are doing while taking Phen and what do you think works best for you???

I use my Treadmill almost everyday for no less then 30-mins. I need to start doing sit-ups/crunches but haven't done it yet!!

I have not started Phen yet, but will on Thursday. I do The FIRM. They have DVD's that are cardio, strenghth, or cardio + strength. I love these workouts and have seen some amazing results!

For exercise I will be following podcast downloads from iTrain . com. My workouts range from circuit training, running/ walking, eliptical trainer, and dancing. I have a great array to choose from and can't wait to get started.

I use a recrumbent exercise bike. I ride on it an hour a day for 5-6 days a week. I put it on mountain cycle, so it goes from easy to hard and so on.....

I mostly just walk too for now. I took a pilates class for 8 weeks, but that ended last week. I recently bought Leslie Sansone - Walk Away the Pounds, and I love it.

I started exercising about a month ago, but because I wasnt eating right I didn't see any results.

I take my girls for a walk in the morn 45min. & then run in the evening or do my Leg Magic w/ situps, pushups..etc..

Since yesterday I started Phen, I really pushed myself...and felt great afterwards. I lost 1 lb yesterday...so crazy, but really awesome!!!

STARTING OUT
June 16th ~ SW 166

1st MONTH WEIGHT LOSS

I have the tread climber from bowflex - I can use it as a treadmill or the climber - so I alternate between days - 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day. The tread climber really kicks my booty though! I can' t wait for the day that 30 minutes on that is easy!!!

I switch it up. I do the FIRM videos, but only the cardio ones 4x's a week, and I am taking a pilates class 5days a week, but it isn't the intense pilates. I also warm up on the treadmill before my pilates class for 20 min. slow and steady not fast.

Default First week on Phen, walking
I have started walking what we call the loop her in town. It is a hilly pathway that circles our housing tract. It is around 5 miles or so.....I walk it with my neighbor in the morning and it takes around an hour and ten minutes. (This is why I don't think it is five miles, but everyone argues with me!) Anyway, according the 'the daily plate.com' it burns around 400 calories for me. I feel better now that I am excercising!

Well I just purchased a new eliptical it is top of the line and has all the calories burned, pre programmed training guide etc.
I just started back on phen today. I am going to start on the elliptical for 10 - 20 minutes a day till I build up to 40 minutes a day.
It gives you such a hard workout it is amazing.
I am also a horse trainer so I ride about 2 hours a day including barn work.
Go vegetarian, save a life and keep the pounds away for good!

My husband and I have been using thedailyplate.dom for 3 weeks now and we love it! It's great to see what you've eaten.

I am also using our recumbent bike everyday. I'm on a 20 minute program right now, but I am working my way up.
