Way to go on your loss!
I take my Phen later in the morning to be sure that it lasts until bedtime. I have never ate very much in the mornings anyway, so I just take mine around 10 or so. Then I will eat something small about 30 minutes later. I am taking the 30's, so I cant break mine...which is what I have heard works well too.
