
Help!!!!
HI everyone. Thanks for your support! Well I played softball on sunday, and re pulled my thigh muscle. I first pulled it thursday, mostly likey over did it. Didnt rest, or stay off of it. So now I'm forced to rest. A WHOLE WEEK. I'm very nervous that all the hard work will slowly come un-done. I thought it was better, then I took off to run after hitting the ball, and PAIN. I cried in front of everyone. I've lost 1 more pound. So now my weight is 195.2. If anyone know anything about pulled mucles or how to make them better help. I'm been resting-staying off it. ice, then warm moist heat. then ice. for about 24 hours now. I'm worried. I'll be missing walking 3 miles 3 days a week, 2 days of cardio class, and 1 weight training class.
