Hello,
I am new to Phen. I started on Tues, June 3rd. I've been reading everyone's post for the last week, and I just figured out how to post my own!
Anyway, I live in the twin cities, and i got some all white capsules from this doctor who seems really shady. He had the bottles in a closet! Anway, they seem to be working, i've lost 3lbs. I do feel weird like really high for the first few hours after taking them. I get some anxiety, and my scalp tingles really BAD! Is this normal?
I hope it is. I'm really struggling with my weight. I've gained 40+ lbs AFTER losing all my baby weight. I stopped ovulating and for right now, am infertile
So, I'm hoping to lose at least 25lbs before I start taking fertility treaments again.

Is the dr. reputable. If you have any doubt do not take this medication. It could be illegal drugs and you dont know what it is made with. I would stop taking the meds and find another doc.

How do I know? There were a lot of people in the center, and while waiting I talked to a few people, and they said they've been going there for a few months. But, I don't get why he didn't write me a presciption to go to a pharmacy. Does it sound weird?

I know there are weightloss clinics that just give you the pills and no prescription. You said he seemed kinda shady, if you get that feeling I wouldn't take the pills. I don't think it's normal to have a tingly scalp. I would try to find a different doctor. I'd start with your ob/gyn.

Call the Dr. office and ask them for his license number and where he went to school. Then go online and look up his license. Follow your instincts. Look up other weight loss clinics in your area. Check around.

It doesnt matter if there was other people in the clinic. It still could be shady. I would make sure!!

The place was a weight loss clinic. He just didn't seem like a doctor cause he was dressed poorly and had bad teeth. I did ask a doctor at my clinic but he said to try that Alli pill. My friend had a really bad time with that! So, that's why I went elsewhere.

Unfortunately some Dr. have poor grooming standards. Personally I would not continue. I would not trust a dr. with little or no standards. Just me, do what you think is right.

I have had some major problems with a dentist. I say these things because I wish someone would have helped my mom. She is in the middle of a crazy malpractice lawsuit right now. Just be cautious and always trust your instincts.

WOW! I typed it into google and I found him on the Association of State Medical Board Executive Directors.
He has a license, so do you think it's all good?

I cant say for sure. Just b/c he has a valid license doesnt mean he hasnt had a suit filed against him. Trust your instincts if you dont like him then seek someone else. Did you look up the medicine you are taking? They have pics of all the kinds of medicine.

So are they capsules or tablets? Are they ALL white?? What Mg's are they??

Oh, at the top of this page, you can click on Phen Info. and look at pictures of what Phen pills look like, does yours look like any of those??

I totally have that same sensation, and have been on the phen before. I also get goose bumbs periodically...that is just the 'upper' part of the meds kicking in. (I also have this with antihistamines as well!) Hope this helps!
