Hi all, newbie here.

I stumbled on to this site totally by accident while looking for info on why a person can't donate blood plasma while taking phenterime even though you can donate whole blood. Anyways...I've been reading your stories, your successes and setbacks. I have to wonder WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Briefly, my story. I started phentemine in May 2006 and was having great success. By August, I had lost approximately 35 lbs and felt great. I went from 264 to ranging between 230-235 Then I stalled in my weight loss. I wasn't exercising per say other than just remaining active (no exercise program). I just did something to get moving whether it was vacuuming the house from top to bottom, swimming at the lake, painting our cabin. My diet consisted of focusing on lean protein, carbs from veggies & whole unrefined grains 2nd, then refined stuff last (if I was still even remotely hungry). The weight came off easily Then Blessings of All Blessing in September-I got pregnant after about 9 years of trying.

After baby came, I resumed the phentermine at about 6-7 weeks post partum and lost the baby weight. By the time I went back to work, I was back to where I left off. My current weight now is 250. Weight has crept back on no matter my diet or additional exercising. I take 30mg/day. I began a walking program and managed to loose about 5 lbs. My diet still focus's on the proteins as before. But, I do eat more refined carbs (not like I did before) and that may very well be my problem.

I welcome any ideas, tips or advice to jump start my weight loss again. I also posted this on the my experience thread.

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you already know what you need to do, you just need to DO IT. I would definitely stay away from all white stuff rice, bread, flour, you get the point. Find healthy alternatives. Drink plenty of water, stick with you walking routine, and you will be fine.
