I have a question for those of you who have lost a bit of weight & noticed.... do you have extra skin? Do you know a way to get rid of it, ie: certain exercises that work? I have noticed that my once-tight and rounded out belly has gotten a bit smaller and now I have this skin.... my dr says I'm young enough that it'll "snap back" but I see no snapping.

Wondering if there's a certain 'move' or exercise that I can do to focus on the extra skin?? If anyone has any hints than can help... Thanks!!!
