Thumbs up Week One is over!
I must say that the first week went by so fast! I battled, and won, every craving I had! I cant believe that! Phen has given me so much willpower to just not want food like I did before!
My starting weight was 210.8l....and this morning I weighed in at 203.4!!! Thats almost 7.5 pounds in one week! I am so excited! I am so excited for the weeks to come and to keep losing!

Awesome 7 lbs thats alot of weight that is more than a sac of potatoes, seeing the scale go down will keep you motivated for the next week. Great Job!!!!!!

Congrats on your 7 pound loss!!! I only lost 5 my 1st week and im now into my 2nd week.

What things are yu doing to lose the weight such as food your eating and exercise?? Im looking for any ideas to help me lose faster. Good luck and congrats to you.

I am following a low carb diet while taking the phen. I basically have cut out all foods that are white....flour, sugar, bread, pasta, rice....you get the idea. I try to stay away from anything processed as well. I basically eat whatever meat I want and lots of veggies. I also have cut out ALL sodas, including anything diet. I only drink water and lots of it! Lucky for me, I like water, but I know its hard for some people to get it in.

I am excited for the next weigh in already! I am a scale addict and weigh myself everyday...I know...BAD! But I am trying so hard not to step on the scale until next Wednesday. I think I may put my scale in the trunk of my car so its harder to get to! LOL!
