Default Question???
I picked up my script from the pharmacy but wil I have trouble falling asleep at night? I don't know why I am so afraid to take it. I put on 30 pounds after a car accident and having my 3rd back surgery. I had just lost the weight myself! And now its ALL back.

Please help me and let me know if you have trouble falling asleep on it???

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Don't work yourself up about it. You may have trouble sleeping the first couple nights to a week but it gets better. I have had trouble with falling asleep at night in the past. When I started phen there were a few nights where it took me a while to fall asleep. But after about 3-4 nights my body was already adjusting and I was falling asleep easier. To be completely honest, since starting phen and getting past that first week, I think my sleeping has gotten better. Phen gives me the energy to get up and do things during the day. Whether it be just getting off the couch to clean my house or taking walks on a daily basis, it's more than I was doing before. Having the energy to do those things and then doing them, makes my body more tired at the end of the day and therefore I sleep like a baby. For me, phen has been wonderful. I still have a long way to go and it's no miracle pill, but it does help my appetite and my cravings and for once in my life, I'm losing the weight the right way! Give them a week, if you're still having trouble then maybe talk to your doctor. Perhaps he/she could lower your dose while your body gets used to the drug.

Starting Weight = 231 (3/29/08)
Started Phen on (4/7/08)
Current Weight = 193.6 (7/9/08)

I really appreciate your response!! I will start tomorrow!! I have been afraid to start because my work days are 13 hours long! I need the energy. By the time I get home, I don't want to exercise. In the morning I am exhausted.

You have me excited to start, thanks! Good Luck!!!
