1st Weekly Weigh In.....I Lost..... - Phentermine.com

Well I got up this morning and weighed myself for the 1st time since starting Phen last Tuesday. My scale at home says I lost 5pounds so im really hoping its correct. I can't see were I have lost it so im guessing its water loss? Can you usually tell when you have lost water?

Are you having trouble sleeping on it? I picked up the script from the pharmacy but I am afraid to take it. I have trouble sleeping as is.

it has been a week today since i have started for me as well. i weighed this morning and i have lost 4lbs. I have not started excersising yet, i am looking for a time to do it. i work 6 days a week and have a 5 and 1 yr old. i think i can feel maybe a little smaller on my belly. i have taken phen before and did well. im hoping to do well again. good luck to you Tizz!

I dont know what dose your on,I take mine about 11am and dont have any problem sleeping,some people take tylenol pm or something simular to help with sleep,also your doc could try you on something to help sleep,you might want to ask about it.

Congrats - it's the 1st 5lbs. And no - I can't tell if it's water weight. Actually I couldn't feel a difference till it was 23lbs.

Thank you all for your replies....Im happy my scale said I lost 5 pounds but wonder how accurate it is because its not digital. Ive been walking on my treadmill and watching/writing down everything I eat. Im supposed to eat between 1200-1550 calories but some days I don't exactly that many,usually less. To me my body still looks the same and I know 5 pounds is not that much but its something.

To answer your question about sleeping. I take 37.5 mg of Phen at 5:30am everyday along with a vitamin then later in the day I take my 2nd vitamin. I don't usually have problems sleeping because I take a sleep pm pill.

The Sleeping question
I had trouble for the 1st few weeks while on it but I guess I just got use to it and now l sleep like a baby =) I take mine about 11ish sometimes earlier like 8 am

After waking up today,I can tell a little that I have lost a small amount so that made me happy. My belly does seem a tad bit smaller.I really want to lose and see results and im doing really good watching everything I eat. Im proud of myself for sticking with it so far.
