My second week on phentermine - Phentermine.com

Hello im china516, im from NYC and i have been taken phentermine for a couple of weeks, but i had to stop it because i was haveing tachycardia and i wasn't feeling to well, but im back on it and if anyone can help me on what to eat and any kind of excersie it will be helpful for me because i don't like to do any kind of excersie.

Hi China,
I am from Queens but live in S.C. now I started in March lasted 1 month then started again on Monday at 190 toaday I am 185 I take phentermine, chromium, and B12 ask the doc first if you try this a trainer told me about this years ago in my skinny day long long ago but it works. I am not eating any carbs right now and eat 5ounces of fish chicken or pork I also drink reg coffee. Chromium and coffee work good together the caffine kicks the chromium in to place. Lots of water put some oranges in it, it tastes great. Well I here if you need anything best of luck Suzanne
