Hello All.
I want to thank all of you for sharing your inspiring stories and showing such care and support for others taking Phen. This forum seems like a very safe and supportive place for someone like me. Thank you for your kindness!

I started taking again today after about six years. I live in Middle Tennessee and travel for work a majority of the time. I've recently gained excessive weight on the road and hope to lose forty pounds over the next four or five months. I'll be on a high protein/low carb diet and hope to exercise 3-5 times per week.

Again, thanks for making a safe place for newbies like me! I'm sure I'll have tons of questions soon.

Welcome! This site has helped me alot. Especially Libby...she and Bronzy were one of the first to help and guide me in the right direction to stay focused on my weight loss. There are too many others to mention that has helped me as well. You will soon see! This is a great website. Good Luck!

I am also looking to lose about 40 as my ultimate goal, 20 to start as my mini-goal. I'm a low carber who fell off the wagon, started working longer hours, eating more sugary snacks for energy and now I am regrouping to get myself back. I started phen last week and am down 8 lbs. I love this forum and it helps to read and talk with people who are in the same struggle. Good luck to us both.

Miss ann i am as well in the nashville area (antioch) i have been on phen now since 4/22 and have lost 12 Ib so far not as much as i was hopein in almost a months time but it's some thing. I think alot of it is i have alot of stuff going on and i am havin a hard time stayin on track but if you put your mind to it you will be in that sexy black dress in now time.

Welcome - sounds like you have a great plan in place. Don't forget to get all your water in - however that might be inconvenient since you are on the road a lot, but try! lol

I'm in Chattanooga! Us Tennesseans can so do this.

GREAT idea starting w/ a picture to keep you focused, you'll be able to fit back in that dress in no time. Start thinking about your 2nd goal.

Good luck Miss Ann! I just started Phen on Monday and am down 6 lbs in 4 days. Probably water - but I don't care - I haven't see 211 in a few years! I live in Austin, TX and am going back home in September to see my husbands family and my friends that I grew up with and wanted to look good after not seeing anyone for 2 years. I thought being here in nice weather would get me out exercising more and getting tan, but it didn't work! I also joined Curves 2 months ago and lost 15" (no lbs) since I started and work out 4 to 5x per week. I hope with helps with my weight loss! If anyone one here has any tips I'm all ears!
