First let me say welcome! If you have a problem with snacking at night I would suggest taking your pill later in the day. So after breakfast would probably be best for you. As for foods that help curb you appetite, eating lots of lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey) and foods with fiber, help you feel full longer.
I don't really have a regimen, I just take it one day at a time. Again, welcome. I wish you all the best.
