Well let me be the first to welcome you to our forum, Everyone here is great and very supportive an i'm sure you will find this out rather quickly. I've only been on Phen since May the 2nd and this is my first time ever on it so i too am excite about my weight lost journey as well sorry i don't have much advice to give other than drink lots and lots and lots of water...... welcome i'm sure your do just great

Here's my 1 of my Welcome Tidbits - LOL MEASURE! After a couple / few weeks the weight loss stops showing drastic number losses on the scale, that's normal - but you will still be able to measure and see a loss in inches and that is a great motivator.
