Default New to Site, on Phen for 1 month now...
I came to this site to get more information about Phentermine and thought it would be helpful with my weight loss to join and get support with others that are using the same pill. Just wanted to say "Hi", Happy mother's day to all the mother's out there and I hope to find the support that I could really use here.

Mom of 3:
Two Boys and One Girl: Dylan 5, Trevor 22months, & Emily 3months

Starting Weight: 220lbs.
Current Weight: 205lbs.
Goal Weight: 140lbs.
On Phentermine 33days now, I have set monthly goals of 15-20lbs to be able to reach 140 (or less) by my birthday!

A Long way to go but have to get there by September 29th! I refuse to turn 30 looking like this!!

1st off i would like to welcome you to our site. Congraulations on your weight loss. I too am new here and have been on Phen only since May2nd. I have not weighed myself since the first Doctors visit, but i don't feel like i have lost any weight. i don't eat as much and i walk all the time and i drink tons of water. Is there anything in particular that you do to excercise. Girl. i need all the help i can get with this. So anyone else as well please feel free to respond to my post if you have the time.

Let's all stick together with this!

NikkiLou, I am turing 30 on 9/26 and my wedding is 10/10/08 so I am in the same boat as you. I just started phentermine today. I have also been doing weight watchers.
I am 195 now and trying to get to 130 so we are trying to loose the same amount of weight in the same amount of time. The doctor said it should be no problem, lets hope that is the case

Sounds awesome ladies, let's do it!! This is the perfect place for us to support each other. I've been trying my hardest to eat less and as healthy as possible. I'm the first to admit though that I'm not entirely as committed as I should be. Yesterday I had some ham wrapped in lettuce with mustard for lunch, no breakfast and later on after I realized all I had all day as far as calories was 180 I realized I could eat a whole Snickers bar, so I did. Then felt extremely guilty. So tomorrow is Monday, what do you say each day at the end of everyday we write in what we ate for the day. On Monday's we'll weigh ourselves and won't weigh ourselves again until that Friday. Drink lots of water and eat lots of protein. What do you say?? You ladies in??

Welcome to the family ladies. I hope you find the people and info here as fun and useful as I have.

Nikki, be sure to eat enough. You should eat 1000-1200 cals a day and drink a lot of water. Even with that snicker bar you didnt eat enough. When you do this your body thinks it is starving and will hold on to the fat. Eat your cals and those pounds will probably come off quicker. Protein is the key to weight loss in my oppinion.

Welcome! We have a lot in common! I am trying to lose my weight before my 30th birthday too! My birthday is March 2nd. I started this journey the day after my 29th birthday. I decided, I don't want to turn 30 looking like this! While I have a little longer before my absolute deadline (my birthday), I am aiming to lose another 30lbs before taking my kids to Disney World the first week in September! I HAVE TO DO THIS!!!!
