B12 - Phentermine.com

Can someone tell me what is the purpose of the B12shot? Also, I have been loosing the weight but, it seems as if my pants feel the same. is that normal? I hope this isn't a dumd question.

I think B12 is supposed to boost energy and metabolism. I've had one before but didnt really notice a difference

I get the b12 shots too, but only because they wont give me the Phen without the shots. I dont really know what they do either...LOL, not good, but I hear it is for energy.....

My doctor said they are for energy. I stopped getting them after a couple of months because one of the ladies that works in his office doesn't know how to properly do injections, and theres a 50% chance each time that I will get stuck with her and be in pain.

Im a medical asst. as well and I know she is injecting incorrectly, but I dont want to be rude and ask for the other girl who does give correct injections (and way less painful!) But I didnt really notice a difference anyway.

Weighed in at 274.5. 1st Mini Goal- 275 2nd Mini Goal- 260
