Newbie… Bound and Determined
Hey ya’ll,
My name is AmyLynn. I started on the phentermine the day after my 32nd birthday. I decided that I had to start making better choices. I have a 5 year old that I want to be a good role model for. Plus a few months ago, I was having unbearable pain in both of my feet. When I finally decided the pain was just getting worse and it wasn't getting better. I went to the orthopedic. On both of feet, I have bone spurs as big as my pinky finger and plantar fasciitis. The doc put me in physical therapy and that lead to yoga/pilates. I have also been looking at other option when I go out to eat. You know choosing streamed broccoli instead of fries, taking a chance on the grilled fish rather than monster burger. Before I knew it, I hadn’t eaten fries in a couple of weeks. I couldn’t believe it!!
(FYI, Fries were one of my favorite things on earth!!) They’re not even an option for me now. This past Monday, I gave up sweets and started a food journal. Since my birthday, I have gone from 220 down to 213.4 this morning. YAYAYAY!! Phentermine gives me that little extra boost that I need to see the results. I’m so glad that I found this site. I need the support so badly. I can’t seem to get past 213. My short term goal is 10% of my body weight. Best case scenario would be to get less than 200 lbs by my boyfriend’s birthday
(May 28th). However, I gave myself to my next doctor’s appointment on June 19th. No matter when it happens, I know that it will!! My mantra is “Just keep swimming!”
BTW... Here's I am at Christmas '07, my weight was in the high-220's and then my most updated picture took on this past Wednesday May 7.
