New From NC - Phentermine.com

I am a new member from North Carolina I have been on Phen 30mg now for 3 months and have lost 22lbs, most of the 17lbs was lost in the ist month! any help or advice is welcome! I want to keep heading towards my goal!

Looks like you are already doing well. The only advice I can think to give is drink LOTS of water, and get try to get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times a week. Welcome to our phen family.

hi im from nc as well i stay in rocky mount though and i still havent found a doctor to prescribe me phentermine which sux!

I just went to the same doctor I always see at the urgent care.

COngrad!!! That is so Great!! SO may I ask you 3 questions? .Have you always been on 30mg? Is it a tablet or capsule? What color is it? Blue & white or Yellow??
