New from Georgia
Hi everyone.. My name is Angela and I am new here. I have taken Phen before and stopped taking it after some success, because I wanted to SLEEP. Well here I am again a few years later and I am going to try it again, this time with some support
 .Can anyone give me some tips on how to stick with it, how to get the "side effects" to subside quickly, and just any helpful information and tips would be GREAT.. Thanks to all and I look forward to this journey with my new friends.. Anyone else in Ga? |

Welcome to the forum Angela! I have not experienced any side effects from phen at all so I can't help you in that department, but

I have not had any side affect either except the dry mouth and jitters which is normal... But I am sure someone here can help you out................

Welcome to the forum!
I have had ALL the side effects. I have been on Phen since 4/18/08. For the first 2-3 nights I had insomnia; that went away. Then I had the jitters, rapid heartbeating and "cotton mouth" for 2 weeks. Last week it was unbearable bloating and constipation. The WORST side effect that occured from Day 1 is the uncontrollable headaches! I have heard from SEVERAL people that all these side effects are NORMAL. I keep telling myself that the end result will make this pain worth it! The best adivce is eat HEALTHY (lean meats (chicken, fish and turkey), fruits and veggies), exercise at least 3 days a week and drink TONS of water. Good Luck and enjoy watching the pounds melt away.
4/17/08 (size 18/20 pants and XXL shirts): 220 (Started Phen) 4/17/08-5/17/08 (1st month lost 18 pounds) 202 5/17/08-6/17/08 (2nd Month lost 8.4 pounds) 193.6 6/17/08- 7/17/08 (3rd Month lost 7.6 ponds) 186 7/17/08- 8/17/08:184 (No Phen) (Now~Size 14 pants and L shirts) Total Weight Loss  |

Make sure that you take it 1st thing in the morning.
My doc told me if I take it late in the day it will be a chance that I will not sleep though the nite..............

I'm not really on Phen...cuz I can't seem to get a dr. to prescribe it. When I finally found some one to prescribe it they only prescribed 15mg and it didn't seem to do anything.

Hey! I am from Georgia too! Northwest Georgia. I have been on Phen for 2 days and I see me as becoming forgetful!! Kinda spacey...I hope that goes away..sheesh.
