I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Michelle and I started taking Phen on Monday. I stepped on the scale this AM and was amazed that i already lost 6 LBS!!!! I have been trying to loss weight for the past 5 years with no avail. I am so happy to have found this support group and feel so inspired by so many of you stories...

Been on Phen for almost 3 months and lost 22lbs! My weight lose has slowed down some any tips to help with losing?
