Newbie here, just want to introduce myself
 Hello all! My name is Rachel, I'm 32 and married (10 yrs in sept) and have 2 beautiful little girls. Started phen wednesday and love it!! Love the energy without feeling jittery and my appetite is under control finally. i was a steady 140 all through high school and college. I started gaining weight around 21-22yrs old. I've tried everything to lose, nothing seemed to work for me. Then I got pregnant with my first child, gained alot of weight but mostly water weight and lost it and then some within 3 weeks only to gain it back over the winter then get pregnant again the following summer and i've never lost what i've gained from that pregnancy....anywho thats my story, i've tried everything from weight watcher to LA weight loss...lost, gained lost gained....so excited to see the results from the phen.

Hey girl! WELCOME! I have been on PHEN since 4/18/08 and boy have I seen some changes. I have had some side effects, but I know the rewards will be well worth it.
