HELLO GUYS,SORRY I HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATING BUT I READ THREADS EVERYDAY FOR INSPIRATION.WELL TUESDAY WAS MY 2WK WEIGH IN AND .....................................I ONLY LOST 1LB AND 6OZ.I WAS REALLY DISCOURAGED,AFTER EATING A HEALTHY 1200 CAL.DIET AND EXERCISING,WOW WHAT HAPPENED?
BUT,I WAS NOT DISCOURAGED FOR LONG-
THE NEXT DAY I WAS SUPER LATE FOR WORK B/C I HAD SLEPT THROUGH MY ALARM.I RUSHED OUT OF BED AND PUT ON MY HOSPITAL SCRUBS( X-LARGE)AND GUESS WHAT THEY WERE FALLING OFF!! SO I HAD TO GO AND FIND MY MEDIUM SIZE SCRUBS AND THEY FIT GOOOOOOOOOOOD.
SO I KNOW THAT I HAVE DEFINITELY LOST INCHES AND IT FEEL SO RIGHT.ANY ADVISE FOR ME GUYS,WHY DID I LOSE ONLY A POUND? SHOULD I EAT DIFFERENTLY? DOES MORE WATER HELP? WHAT CAN I DO TO BURN MORE FAT?

I AM SO HAPPY TO BE HERE I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN.I STARTED PHEN,HCG AND B12 INJECTIONS ON 4/15/08 AND TODAY 4/19/08 I HAVE LOST 7LBS,YEAH!! I FEEL TREMENDOUS.
