Hi everyone.
I am new to the boards and PHEN and I am happy to be on board this journey with you. Well (not happy to be overweight) BUT happy that I have all of you to consult with and share stories and experiences with.

I have about 35-40lbs to loes and it has been hard. Hope I have found what I need now to get there. There are some really great sucess stories here from what I have been reading so far.
