Hi, my name is Tammy. I started just yesterday. I weigh 265 lbs. My goal weight is between 160-175 lbs. Once i get to 175, I will re-evaluate and see how I look and feel, and then go from there. I have tried EVERYTHING! The next step for me, (if this doesn't give me the results I am looking for) is Lap-Band surgery. I am praying that Phen is the answer for me. I see that many of you are losing quite fast. Yea for you! I am looking for anyone that can give me ideas on what they are doing to enhance the effects of Phen. Example: What you eat on a day to day, meal by meal basis. What you are doing to exercise, etc.
I am fat and tired! I am 39 years old and a mom to two beautiful boys, Hayden 2- 1/2 years old and Chase 6.5 months. I gained tons of weight. I have never been this big (except while pregnant.) I want to be healthy, happy and hot! I want to run with my boys, go to the park, hike, go tot he pool and not want to hide. I look forward to enjoying life again! I want to look HOT for my husband. Mostly, I want to like what I see in the mirror again!
