Welcome and good luck on this journey. My advice to you is this:
Keep in mind that the first 3 days or so you are going to feel 'weird'. You might be shaky and hyper, but it will pass. You may also experience insomnia for the first week or so. All these things will go away, don't be discouraged. Just take the pill first thing in the morning and then have breakfast about an hour later. Eating breakfast is really important because it will give your body the fuel it needs to get through the day. Some people find it works better for them to take 1/2 pill in the morning and the other half before lunch. It's all trial and error, whatever works best for you. You know your body better than anyone else. Because I like to go to bed early I take the whole pill the minute I wake up so that I won't have trouble falling asleep at night.
Remember to drink you water, it helps!
