Hey everybody! Just wanted to introduce myself to the forums and other members here. My name is Eddie, I'm 21 years old, and I'm from Tampa, FL. I'm going to start taking Phentermine this friday and start my 2,000 calorie a day diet. I would appreciate any advice that you can share with me.

Hey Eddie,
Welcome and good luck on this journey. My advice to you is this:

Keep in mind that the first 3 days or so you are going to feel 'weird'. You might be shaky and hyper, but it will pass. You may also experience insomnia for the first week or so. All these things will go away, don't be discouraged. Just take the pill first thing in the morning and then have breakfast about an hour later. Eating breakfast is really important because it will give your body the fuel it needs to get through the day. Some people find it works better for them to take 1/2 pill in the morning and the other half before lunch. It's all trial and error, whatever works best for you. You know your body better than anyone else. Because I like to go to bed early I take the whole pill the minute I wake up so that I won't have trouble falling asleep at night.
Remember to drink you water, it helps!

hi! i've been on phen for almost 3 months and i think that its great! um the advice i could give to u is drink water..at least 64 oz each day i think is good. And another thing I think is really good is try n slow down when you eat . My doc said it takes ur stomach 15 minutes to signal ur brain that ur full.. good luck !! :-)

Eddie...............WATER, WATER. This little phen thing is amazing, yet very simple. I know that between the phen and the psychological part of dieting...it works. Did I mention water?? I'm at about two gallons a day. At lunch, If I go to a restaurant, I order a pitcher of water for myself. I try to finish half of the pitcher before the turkey burger gets to the table.

Good luck and keep us updated, and make sure you hit the gym.
