Cool what what in the butt
OKAY SO im really frustrated
ive been on Phen for a week now and ive only lost like 3 pounds?
But i havent been working out or sticking to a diet so i think thats why.
i dont htink its working though...im on 30mg is that a low dose? can u go higher than that???
I wore shorts the other day...but i felt really big for some reason..
=(
i really need to step up my game!
im just not motivated though...
what motivates you guys?

My children, my health and my positive attitude motivate me.

You are much smaller than I but I understand we share the same frustrations when it comes to our weight. This Forum motivates me.

30 mgs. isn't the highest dose, 37.5 is. Are you taking it right after or before eating? I have done that and noticed it didn't feel like it was working. If I wait and take it 1 1/2 - 2 hours after breakfast I can feel it working and I have been on it for 5 weeks.

My slow weight loss the past few weeks is lack of exercise and water.

3 lbs in a week is great! Losing weight on the slower side means it will stay off. Everyone comes to a point in there life where they are tired enough to be totally motivated to lose this weight. Maybe you are not fully ready yet. Don't take the phen just to be taking it. You gotta do your part. Phen is just a small aid to help you do the right things to lose weight.

You HAVE to drink water. You have to watch what you eat, and/ or your portions. At the same time you HAVE to eat enough! And ya gotta workout. You want to make a lifestyle change right? You gotta get it together and decide what you want to do.....stay the way you are and be unhappy, or do what you have to do to make a positive change. It's on you! (I say this with love!)

3 pounds is really good. Especially since you are not working out. Make sure that you are drinking your water and eating your breakfast to kick start your metabolism. I lost 15 pounds in a month which was in my doctor's predictions. You don't want to lose the weight too fast. Then it will come back just as fast as it left.
