So I know I shouldn't look at the scale often. But today i went to the gym and just wanted to check and see how i was doing. I started on 1/2 pills Tuesday of last week and full pills Friday. As of this morning...



Start Weight 4/15/05: 255

4/21/08: 247

So far so good.

I was actually suprised it moved at all. I've been really good about my intake...and sometimes I'm terrible and totally forget to eat. So I'm happy it's doing something... I just wish i could sleep better. Anyone have tips for sleeping better on Phen?

The earlier in the day you take your Phen the better. I take mine at 5am and by 8pm I am exhausted! If you take it later in the day it will keep you awake. You can also try taking Tylenol Simply Sleep. You can get it OTC at any drug store. It will help you sleep, however, it may slow down your metabolism.

Well looks like my body has adjusted a little as far as the sleeping goes, I actually didn't wake up last night! WOOOOHOOO!

Won't weigh in again for a while. But i can tell around my waistline it's helping.
