Hi. I haven't started Phen yet. I have an appointment tomorrow with my doctor so I'm hoping I can start it on Wednesday! A little background on me, I am 23 years old I weigh 183 lbs. and am 5'3" tall. Over the last year and a half I have gained almost 45 lbs and I want to lose it all! Since I got into the nursing program at school I havent been as active so I am hoping that Phen will help me out some. I am open to any suggestions that anyone has!!!

I'm new to the boards too. I started on Phen on the 16 th of April and joined the boards on the 18th. I'm having great results so far. Have a long way to go.

Hello Everyone,

I started Phen on 4/21/08 and today is my first day on the board. I hear people saying they get on the scale often. I for some reason am afraid to get on the scale. i just stopped doing weight watchers and was on it for 2 weeks and only lost .8 lbs. that's when my Dr. decided to pul me on phen. With all the positive information I have been reading , I think this might work for me. Some times it just takes a few good works to keep you going.
