I'm so ready for it...
Hi everyone, I'm a new member here!
 I started taking Phentermine and lipo vite shots a week ago Friday. I am already down 5lbs, and feel as if I'm losing even more. I've noticed a few of the people on here are from my area and more than likely the same place. I thought that was kind of neat, but anyway, this forum has been really awesome for me to read. I joined a gym today to start slowly exercising and help myself lose more weight. I've been heavy for way too long, and I'm going to make the change, now.  |

Oh, a question also. Has anyone else done Water Aerobics? I'll be taking this class soon!
Largest I've ever been; 283lbs
August 2007; 272lbs (First week of Phentermine/LipoVite) 4/11 - 261lbs 4/18 - 256lbs 4/25 - 256lbs - 5/2 - 255.2 Down from 24/26 to 20/22. I can get into my 20's, I just can't wear them all day, yet!  I'm on my way!

Hi,
Welcome, Im new here as well. Day 4 of Phen. I did water-aerobics for about a year. Loved it! A lot harder than it looks! I only stopped because I was the only one under 80 and the teacher kept gearing the class towards the older, slower people...It just stopped being challenging for me. But i will tell ya, it was a great cardio exercise as long as i was moving fast ( and trying not to run over little old ladies)! Good luck! Andrea |

Way to go Newbie! I am new also. Third day on PHEN...I haven' weighed my self...Too scared nothing has happend. I will be patient and wait until day 7!

I started phen yesterday dont have a scale but i will be going to my friends house tomm and see how much i weigh.... i think i am like 182 that was about 2 weeks ago that i checked but i dont know i am kind sacred .... dont want to feel like i failed at this ... I really want to make a change ... I think its time |

Hello, my name is Kris and I'm also new at taking phen (adipex) I started on April 15, and today is my 6th day on it and I've already lost 8 pounds! I hope it keeps working this great! I can't wait to get to know you girls! I need all the support I can get when it comes to losing weight. I've been addicted to food for too long, and it's time for a change for the better! I totally gave up on soda's and sugary drinks. I've been drinking ALOT more water (probaby around 50-60 ounces a day, and a few glasses of skim milk. Instead of chips, I've been munching on rice cakes instead... still crunchy so I "pretend" they're chips. (Our minds are powerful things) lol!
I'm 5' 6" tall and at my heaviest I was 215 (a year ago) SW = 200 (4/15/2008) CW = 192 (4/21/2008) GW = 150 |

Hi Ready4it!
I'm new to Phentermine and the site too. I like another who answered about water aerobics had an experience of being the youngest one there. I felt stupid so didn't go back. Years ago I did a form of my own water aerobics when I had a pool (lots of resistance) and I had great results. I was probably in the pool for almost 2 hours. In consulting with my Doctor, she swayed me from water aerobics saying she'd prefer for me to really get my heart rate up. She suggested swimming laps with a kick board under my belly or just swim on my back. I wish you a ton of success on your journey!

Good morning everyone! Well according to my scale I've lost 8 pounds this first full week on adipex/phen. I'm soooo excited to see the results by the end of the month!! How is everyone doing?? I'll post again later!
